DRIVER'S AGE
Renter and driver must be at least 23.
DRIVER'S LICENSE
The drivers license, a valid credit card and passport or identity card will be required on the pick up date. If the driver is not a resident of the European Union, is required to bring an International driver license. The driving license of the driver must be issued at least 12 months prior to rental.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. After 3 hours from the agrred rental period, a surcharge will be charged.
LEASE EXTENSION
The lease may extend upon agreement after informing Miles Plus in good time.
FINES & ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES
Fines and administrative penalties resulting from a violation of R.T.C during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
FUEL POLICY
In most cases the rental vehicle will be delivered to the renter with a full tank of gas. The vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel delivered. If the renter return the vehicle with an empty tank, will be charged for the cost of the missing fuel.
DELIVERY- COLLECTION
Free delivery and collection at hotels, harbor & airport.
BABY SEATS
Baby seats are available only after booking and at a charge of €2 per day of rental use with a maximum charge of 10 days.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
At every Miles Plus car hire, only the driver is insured. If other drivers are going to drive the rented car, they must be present at the start of the rental and must have a driving licence with them.
CAR TYPE CHANGES
Miles Plus reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different type of car than the original booking with a corresponding or larger category.
BOAT TRANSPORT
Only with prior written permission from Miles Plus.
INSURANCE
Coverage is subject to the general terms of the Miles Plus rent a car contract with the Insurance Company.
THE RENTED CAR SHOULD BE USED ONLY FOR LEGAL USE.
